A fast growing medium sized Bank with Head Office at Nairobi would like to recruit highly competent, proactive and self driven persons to fill in the following positions:

Branch Managers (2), Nairobi

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role holder will be incharge of overall leadership of the Branch:

Key Responsibilities

• Business development for the Branch
• Attending to customer needs and queries on daily basis
• Overall supervision of Branch Operations
• Ensure proper internal controls
• Mobilization of Deposits
• Budget planning

Qualifications and attributes

• A degree from a recognized University
• Over Ten (10) years working experience in the Operations of the Bank
• Knowledge of Credit/Foreign Exchange is essential
• Excellent communication, analytical and marketing skills
• Must be computer literate
• Person with initiative, drive & result oriented
