GENERAL MANAGER
We are looking for a self motivated individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related with a min. of Upper 2nd class and at least 5 years working experience in the insurance, stockbroking or fund management industry. The person will:
- Implement the Company’s business plan as approved by the Board specifically focussing on business development and growth of Funds Under Management.
- Ensure that realistic goals are set for all staff and that the goals are met
- Ensure that the Company is in compliance with CMA & RBA Rules & Regulations at all times.
- Provide leadership and motivation to all employees and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Act as a bridge between the organization, the board of directors and the outside world and especially liaise with regulators (RBA, CMA) as necessary
