We are based in Nairobi with branches across the country and wish to urgently recruit for the position below.
Security Control Officer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in post crime documentation, that is, assist clients to get the relevant documentation and coordinate with the police.
- Assist in running the security control room.
- Co-ordinate and assist all vehicle recovery events.
- Create a country wide network of individuals or organizations that will facilitate and hasten the recovery process.
- Create a database of security contacts that will facilitate and hasten the vehicle recovery process.
- Ensure that vehicle security measures are in place to ensure our clients mobile assets are secure.
- Help in creating and implementing a security policy for the entire company.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
- Must have a valid & clean driving licence.
- Must be computer Literate.
- Excellent customer service Skills
- 2 years experience in Control room management.
- Diploma in relevant field.
